The vineyards are located on properly oriented slopes in order to make maximum use of the agro-climatic conditions of the area for the cultivation of the vine. Obtaining the best fruits together with the application of the most innovative oenological practices allow us to produce a txakoli with excellent characteristics, maintaining the hallmarks of traditional wines.
Made with Garate txakoli from the Sugesu plot. Harvested by hand in boxes of 10 kg. Destemmed, macerated and pressed at low pressure. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for the maximum extraction of all the characteristics of the grape that is obtained in this singular plot.
Garate vermouth is dark amber in color, with an intense and broad nose with aromas of aromatic herbs. Spicy touches and balsamic notes. On the palate it is soft, with fresh, aromatic flavors and a sweet, bitter and balanced finish.
